We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 1 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders received after 1 PM EST will be processed and dispatched on the following business day. During holidays and other peak times, orders may take up to 48-72 hours to be processed.


We’ve built great relationships with our shipping partners, UPS, FedEx and USPS; however, all shipping is subject to each carriers’ terms & conditions and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for lost packages, mishandled packages or other errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to circumstances beyond of our control, such as natural disasters, inclement weather, Acts of God, or any other extraordinary circumstances that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes.

Standard Domestic Ground Shipping

For Standard Domestic Ground Shipping, delivery is normally 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your shipment. Depending on the carrier and where the package is being delivered, it may take 1-8 business days from ship date for your package to arrive so please plan accordingly.

U.S. Domestic Express 2nd Day

For U.S. Domestic Express 2nd Day, delivery is normally 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your shipment. Depending on the carrier and where the package is being delivered, it may take 2-3 business days from ship date for your package to arrive so please plan accordingly.

U.S. Domestic Express Next Day

For U.S. Domestic Express Next Day, delivery is normally 1 business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your shipment. Depending on the carrier and where the package is being delivered, it may take 1-2 business days from ship date for your package to arrive so please plan accordingly.

Shipping Address Change

If the order has been fulfilled, we cannot make any changes, we advise reaching out to the shipping carrier for an alternate solution.

No Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our preserved roses and quick processing time we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.

Delivered but Not Received

Upon the shipping carrier updating the status to "delivered," you may receive an automated email notification from us. If your package is marked as "delivered" but hasn't arrived, please follow these steps:

  • Wait an extra business day, as the delivery status might be premature.
  • Check the accuracy of the shipping address entered during checkout.
  • If the package is still missing, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.


Note: La Fleur Mi Amor, LLC cannot reimburse or re-ship orders for mis-deliveries by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or stolen packages.
