SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Monday through Friday. No shipping is done on the weekends! Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next business day. Due to Covid all orders are processed 48-72 hours after order is placed. All orders are shipped UPS, FedEx or USPS and international orders are shipped USPS International. Once you have the tracking number please allow 24 hrs for it to enter the carrier’s system and update.

We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of God that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes

STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For Standard Domestic Shipping, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your shipment. Typically, it will take 1-7 business days from ship date for your package to arrive.

 

 Shipping Address Change

*Shipping Addresses can be changed ONLY if the order has not been fulfilled and is not guaranteed. If the order has been fulfilled we advise reaching out to the shipping carrier for an alternate solution.

 

No Order Cancellations

Unfortunately due to the nature of our preserved roses, sanitary reasons, and quick processing time we are currently unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.

 

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED 

*If you have received notification that your order has been delivered, but you are unable to locate it, we ask that you wait 24-48 hours before reaching out. It is likely the courier service may have scanned the package as “delivered” during the transfer of the package from their facility to their trucks.

If still not located, please let us know if you would like a replacement sent, store credit order, or a refund for the order (minus the shipping cost). 
Lost In Transit

* We can have the item reshipped once received and shipping address has been verified or a refund or store credit minus the cost of shipping.

(RTS) Returned To Sender

*If a package is returned to our warehouse, La fleur mi amor will provide the customer with a refund in the amount of the order subtotal minus any discounts. We do not include the shipping cost as it was paid by ship the order.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

USPS International Economy - Cost is calculated at checkout (varies between item purchased and destination)

*Please note: La fleur mi amor cannot cover custom fees/taxes. A customs tax is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders, it is a fee from the foreign country rather than La fleur mi amor.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Please research to ensure that they are legal for importation PRIOR to ordering. Once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Most countries will have no trouble but we post this disclaimer in the off chance that there is an issue.

If by chance, the order is returned to us and you wish to have a refund then we will do so only after we have received the goods back. The refund will be calculated as Total cost less shipping and a 15% restocking fee for a total of an 85% refund not including shipping.

We provide tracking information for all orders so please be diligent and keep track of your orders' progress through the mail system.

We do not have a reship policy. We DO assume that all clients are aware of their own countries' laws and therefore you are responsible for dealing with your countries' customs.

Please know your own import regulations before ordering. It is your responsibility. If customs does not return the products to us we cannot issue the 85% refund to you. If your order is denied entry into your country, we strongly advise attempting to have the items sent back to us and we will refund your order less shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

 

WHAT IS RUSH PROCESSING? AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

*Rush Processing expedites the fulfillment of your order so it can be verified, tailored to our La fleur mi amor standards, quality checked, packaged and on the road within 24 hrs. For Rush Processing to be effective, your order must be submitted and charged before (1pm) local time (PST) Mon-Fri. If the above conditions are met and we fail to ship your order within 24 rs , we will refund the Rush Processing fee. 

Rush Processing fee DOES NOT affect the actual shipping time in transit. If you need your order quickly, please be sure to choose the appropriate shipping method as well.
