No Returns or Refunds. Our preserved rose arrangements are beautifully designed and handcrafted to last longer than conventional roses. Each preserved rose arrangement is delicately handmade for every order and for this reason they cannot be returned or refunded. Also, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
