Our preserves roses are real roses, At the time of their most beautiful bloom, they are delicately treated with a proprietary solution, which stops the growth of the rose in its most perfect state.
How long do preserved roses last?
The life span of these roses will last longer than two years if taken care of properly.
Where is the best place to keep the preserved rose arrangement?
Your ARRANGEMENT SHALL BE KEPT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. Please DON'T EXPOSE FLOWERS TO DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
Do these roses require any maintenance?
Our Preserved roses need minimal care, Be mindful when carrying the arrangement: it’s a very delicate product!Please do not water the roses! Otherwise, their shelf life is limited.Please do not place anything onto the roses as they can get damaged.
Can the roses be removed from the box?
For maximum preservation, we advise customers to not take the roses out of the box. Removing the roses will damage them and ruin the arrangement.
AN ARRANGEMENT THAT SITS FOR A WHILE MAY COLLECT DUST. TO REMOVE DUST, USE A DUSTER OR COMPRESSED AIR.
How do I place an order?
1. Choose your desired Collection, box shape, color, size.
2. Add the product to your shopping cart.
3. If you do not wish to add any further arrangements to your shopping cart, go to the checkout section and follow the given instructions.
4. Add a greeting card if you wish to include a personal note or leave it blank.
5. Specify your shipping and invoice data and choose your payment method.
6. Finally, confirm your purchase
How long time it takes to process my order?
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped FedEx or USPS and International orders are shipped USPS International.
Can I pre-order an arrangement for a later date?
yes, You can choose the exact date you wish for your arrangement to be delivered during the ordering process.
The specific time of delivery is highly dependent on the courier and what the most optimal route for an area might be. As such, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time. Specific delivery dates are unavailable for international orders.
Do you ship nation-wide?
Yes, We can ship all our collections Nationwide.
Please note orders that are placed on Friday before 1 pm will be delivered on the next business day. The next business day from Friday would be Monday!

Do you ship internationally?
yes you can also offer shipping to more than 50 countries throughout the world! With that in mind, most international orders may take additional processing time for order and cost.
Do you do same day delivery?
yes, Next day express shipping is available during checkout only in Los Angeles with pick up in Hollywood.
Could I add a personal message to the receiver?
Yes. You can enter a personalized greeting into the text field provided.
Are preserved roses toxic?
Each rose is treated with a formula made from non-toxic and non-allergenic wax, as well as natural oils.
Do preserved roses smell?
Yes our roses are sprayed with Diptyque Tea Rose Eau de Toilette infusing the arrangement with the scent of damascena and centifolia roses.
How are preserved roses shipped?
All our floral arrangements are carefully packed and shipped via USPS from our office in Hollywood and arrive within 2-5 business days.
Can I create a custom arrangement?
Yes you can custom your color arrangement and also request an heart or specific letter.

Do you accept return?
Unfortunately, our arrangements of Preserved Roses from La Fleur Mi Amor are not eligible for returns.
